The right place to ask.

  • A maintenance fault or inspection

Contact a suitably qualified marine engineer, your equipment manufacturer or an authorised BSS examiner for the relevant work. Inland Boat is an editorial publisher and does not diagnose or repair boats.

  • A quote or cover question

Use the provider directory to reach a provider's website. Ask it about eligibility, wording, price and the details of your boat.

  • An existing policy or complaint

Contact the insurer or broker named in your policy documents. Follow its complaints process for a policy or service complaint.

  • A claim or emergency

Contact the claims handler listed in your certificate or policy wording. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999. Inland Boat is not an emergency service.
